Todd graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in May 2009, and passed the California Bar the following August.
While at Loyola, Todd won numerous awards, including the Dennis Beaver Scholarship, the Los Angeles Copyright Society’s Paul Miller Scholarship, and First Prize in the ASCAP Nathan Burkan Memorial Copyright Law Writing Competition. Todd also won Loyola’s First Honors awards in Trademark Law and the Art and the Law Seminar.
