Graphics for mediation

Mediation graphics

Effective graphics make the abstract relationship between law and fact concrete.

Showing is better than telling.

Graphics are an efficient and effective way to present arguments.  A graphic can quickly educate a mediator, and can make your position readily apparent to the opposing party.

Mediation graphics do not necessarily need to be oversized–the samples below fit onto 8.5″ x 11″ sheets of paper.
